When we're stuck on the past, our future begins to crumble. Doubt and fear start to set in, and we begin to truly believe, that we can't do what ever we'd like to do.

How does one stop this way of thinking?


When we're stuck on the past, it's hard to change our belief system and immediately start thinking positively and focusing on the future.

But gratitude.

It brings us to the present.

It's a stepping stone to jump into the future.
